A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers may have.
We are looking for a CSR that is genuinely ready to help every demographic of our client base.
Our team is looking for someone that is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquires, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Applicants must be able to type proficiently, work well under pressure, multitask, and be a team player.
Applicants must be able to pass a BCI and FBI background check.
